Sunny Seattle Day and a sneak peek!

The weather is lovely here in Seattle this morning with sunshine and lots of wind.  It finally feels like Spring though a bit on the cold side.  Speaking of all things Springy, I have  been working on my Kaleidocope quilt this week. You can find the link to the pattern [here]
I love the way the Liberty fabrics work together and am definitely partial to the pinks, reds and lavenders - such pretty floral colors.  Liberty lawns are such a joy to sew with!

I have also been working on an upcoming project for Sew it All magazine.  Here is a little sneak peek!  The issue is out in December!

I pulled some fabrics for the Pack Patch Mini Sew Along.  Look forward to sewing some blocks together!

What are you working on?

  1. OMG!!! I love this fabric called Liberty Lawns!!! What is the name of that block because I love it too!

  2. Your Kaleidoscope work is beautiful! The Liberty fabrics are a gorgeous choice. Are you using templates or is it paper pieced? Your points are SO perfect!

  3. Your work is beautiful

  4. Those Liberty fabrics are unmistakable....I love them all. Currently I'm catching up on my Vintage Blocks (rolling along!), but got sidetracked making doll clothes. I'm also doing the Pack Patch Mini and waiting for instructions for the next blocks. What a fun little group :)

  5. I've made one of two blocks for Julie of Jaybird Quilts wedding huppa (she asked for those of us inclined in the quilting community to make one). Making a gift for a birthday group on Flickr, finishing a dress and a pouch. For starters ;)

Thanks for stopping by!
I love to read your comments - they make my day!!
